Acknowledgment and Agreement

By purchasing from Titan Security Products, I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to familiarize myself with the laws regarding self-defense products and the transportation of weapons in my state of residence. I also agree to seek proper training in the safe and responsible use of loaded weapons. 

Tactical Gear products may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining and complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding possession, shipment, and use. The seller assumes no liability for unlawful possession or misuse.

I hereby agree to hold Titan Security Products and its affiliates harmless from any liability arising from my purchase or use of their products.

Additionally, I understand and accept the shipping, return, and cancellation policies, including that shipping and credit card charges paid by Titan Security Products are non-refundable.
