Shipping and Health & Safety Policy

At Titan Security Products, the health and safety of our employees is our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we continue to follow all applicable CDC guidelines and EPA criteria to help minimize the risk of transmission.


Shipping Insurance & Liability

Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with insurance included.

Liability
Titan Security Products is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our facility. Any claims related to shipping issues must be filed directly with the carrier. We will gladly assist customers in submitting claims when needed.


Shipping Schedule

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) on Thursday will ship the following Monday.

  • We are closed on Fridays, except during the December/Christmas holiday season, when we ship daily.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Costs & Processing

Domestic Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the lower 48 U.S. states.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we ship via USPS.

For International shipments, please choose to ship via DHL only.

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 24 hours of receiving full payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Phone Number Requirement
A valid phone number is required for shipping, as carriers may need to contact you regarding delivery issues.


Delivery Time & Missing Packages

Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of shipment, please contact us immediately. Shipping carriers generally will not accept liability for missing packages reported more than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all destinations except countries on the U.S. embargo list.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, and duties. You may choose from any major carrier available at checkout.


Returns & Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

  • RMA Requirement: All returns must include a valid RMA number clearly marked on the package.


Shipping Days

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, and most Saturdays.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will ship on the next business day.
