Lifetime Warranty Policy

Titan Security Products offers a Lifetime Warranty covering repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects under normal use, at no cost to you.

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Forgotten or lost access codes

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation

  • Unsuccessful installations or fitment issues (compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every vehicle)


Return Policy

A valid return reason is required. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below carefully:

  1. Obtain an RMA Number
    You must call our office to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back.

  2. Return Window
    Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

  3. Tracking Requirement
    All return shipments must include a valid tracking number.

  5. Documentation
    Please include a copy of your invoice inside the return package.

  6. Condition of Returned Items

    • Products must be returned in original packaging

    • Items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition

    • No refunds will be issued for used items or if any components are missing

  7. Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    • Original shipping charges and credit card processing fees are non-refundable

  8. RMA Labeling
    The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

  9. Non-Compliance
    Failure to follow return instructions may result in a shipping chargeback.


Cancellations & Restocking Fees

  • 4% cancellation fee applies to orders canceled before shipment

  • 10% restocking fee applies to returns after shipment
