There is no tax collected on any products unless you are ordering from California. We do not charge tax, we collect it for the state. California state sales tax 8.25%.
We warrant that all products manufactured and sold by us are free from defects in material and workmanship and those products of our design are fit for the purpose intended by us when properly installed and used. One year limited to the replacement or repair of your product from date of purchase.
YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER "FORGOTTEN ACCESS CODE" OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY PRODUCT MISUSE.
- Shipping insurance is included with items over $100. Seller is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments; all claims must be settled with the shipper.
- Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. FedEx can not deliver to a PO Box.
- Items usually ship out from our facility within 48-72 hours (excluding weekend and holidays) upon the receipt of full payment. You will receive tracking number via e-mail.
- Your phone number is required and it will assist the shipper to contact you in case of delivery problem.
- Delivery time is generally 2-5 business days, but the delivery time is not guaranteed. If you do not receive, your package within 7 business days after payment is made and fully cleared, please contact us. The

- Our warranty is for one year limited to the replacement or repair of your product due to manufacturing defects. Please call our office for RMA# before sending back the item.
- 15% charge-back will apply to all returned Items to cover our cost of packaging, shipping and credit card transaction fees. The product must be returned in the original package and in resellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for the freight costs on all returns.
